the benefits of homey home

Went home today. Whyyyyyy did I go home i go allllll the time =(. I went so I wouldn’t have to go this weekend. And since I was at home I paid a visit to my favorite chiropractor (favorite because she makes my spine feel AMAZING! you should go to a chiropractor). My neck was hurting, or something. for like 6 months. ANYWAYS.

me: Hows my spine? :D (hopeful)

favorite chiropractor: swollen. and stiff. thats all i can say.

(and then she said it again).

me: =(

favorite chiro: your lower back hurts too huh (while she was cracking something)

me: mmm not so much only in the morning.

chiro: MORNING IS THE WORST.

me: =(( (with a double chin this time)

Anyways. She fixed my lower back, my neck, and told me to ice for 3 days. And I thought i was fine =(. She also managed to fix my scary knee problem. My knee felt like it was being pulled on from both ends, kind of like this oh-my-gosh-stop-using-my-knee-wth-was-that? kind of pain. Favorite Chiro told me that because i was especially limber previously, my joints hurt especially more if i become especially un-limber (like now).

So after I worked out today i stretched for a good hour. Now my lower back is really ridiculously warm like i put icy hot on it or something. I’m going to say… unblocked blood flow? no idea.

=)

I’m curious. Did anyone notice my favorite chiropractor became less of a favorite chiropractor as she continued to scold me and my spine? TELL ME YOU NOTICED
